All caregivers undergo thorough background checks, including criminal history and identity verification. We also verify credentials and certifications.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Care seekers pay the caregiver's rate plus a 5% service fee. Caregivers receive 100% of their set rate — no commission is deducted. Payouts are sent via Stripe Connect after service completion.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal data without consent. All communications happen through our secure platform.
